He is survived by: his wife Donna R. Smith; his sons, Brian, Blake (Michelle), Blaine, Sr. (Pamela) and Brent Schobelock (Anna Marie); his grandchildren, Brian Craig, Amanda (Chris), Blaine, Jr. (Jerrica), Jimmy (Kaylee), Melissa (Josh), Jordan (Bree), Ryan (Michelle), Cheyenne (Dom), Levi (Kimberly), Thomas, Morgan, Corey and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Brian M., Aaron, Lillian, Alexis, Jada, Makayla, Alayleigh, Blaine III, Landon, Bristol, Paisley, Colt, Hayley, Xavier, Jaxon, Bransyn, Brayzyn, Cole, Vincent, Henry, Kyrie, Liam, Olivia and Novianna; and his siblings, Pat Elliott, Karen Darby, Randy Schobelock (Vicki), Jennifer Hines (Mike), Judy Harmon (Bob) and Pam Coppock (Marvin).
