He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Kemp, Brian Riley and Ashley Riley; his grandchildren, James Riley, Hailey Penwell (Keith Glass), Allen Penwell and Alyx Penwell (Lauren Martin); his great grandchildren, Carter, Kingsley Riley, Kaeson Penwell and Khya Glass; his siblings, Diane Storer, Sue Lute and Denny Riley (Debbie); and his pets, Alita, Bacardi and Brandy.
In lieu of flowers the family is suggesting contributions to the funeral home to help with Jim's final expenses.
