It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Garnes of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Clarence A. Garnes; and his sisters, Leatha Garnes Malott and Wanda Garnes Francis. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia "Cyndi" Garnes of Chillicothe and Teresa Sigler of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Andrea Ragias (Pete), Evey Lyn Garnes, Brandy Lynn Sigler (Luke Hayes), Val James Sigler and Terry Lee Sigler; and his great grandchild Lydia Lynn Hayes.
