It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Andrew Proctor of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, James L. Proctor and Ruhama L. Proctor (Ritchie); his wife Julie K. Strawser; his children, Reid Proctor and Abbie Proctor; his sister Keri Young (Josh); his parents-in-law, Robert Strawser and Diana Strawser; his sisters-in-law, Amy Vallette (Henry) and Lori Anderson (Canon); and his nieces and nephews, Maylee Young of Chillicothe, Josie Vallette of Chillicothe, Henry Vallette IV of Chillicothe, Simeon Anderson of Chillicothe and Libby Anderson of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous friends; and his K9 beagle.
