He is survived by: his children, Angie Harper of Chillicothe and James "Jimmy" Batty Jr. of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Nathan Batty (Amber), Jacob Roe, Michael Harper, Adrianne Batty, Jessie Hawk and Matthew Graves; his sister Janie Moss (Harley) of Chillicothe; and his cousins, Jean Ann and Joy Jordan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
