He was predeceased by: his brother Adam; his grandparents, Clyde, Mary Jo Deem, Wilbert and Dorothy Koch; and his uncle Lynn Miller.
He is survived by: his parents, David C. Koch and Sharon A. Koch (Deem); his brothers, Aaron, Josh and Ben Koch; his nephew Kaiden Koch; his aunts and uncles, Brad, Susan Koch of Sarasota, FL, Carole Miller of Mt. Vernon, Samuel Deem of Mt. Vernon, Mike of Mt. Vernon and Debbie Deem of Mt. Vernon; and his close friend Adam Renison.
