He was predeceased by: his parents, William Martin and Helen Martin (Woodruff); his wife Linda Adams; and his daughter Melinda DePugh. He is survived by: his sons, Jack R. Martin, Jr. (Michele) of Chillicothe, Randy Martin of Chillicothe and Jeffery Martin (Terri); his son-in-law Greg DePugh; and his siblings, Connie Hoffman and Tom Martin of Columbus. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
