He was predeceased by: his father Jack C., Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Robin L. Stump; his sons, Jack C. Berno III (Nikki Young) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Seth F. Berno (Jaclyn) of Dublin, OH; his stepson Craig VanFossan (Kristin) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Serinity, Aubrey, Garrison, Grayson VanFossan and Tinley Maxson; his sister Melissa Berno; his niece Alexandra Berno; his mother-in-law Bea Stump; and his sister-in-law Babe Mahoney (Fred).
