He is survived by: his wife Lillian Spencer (Short) of Chillicothe; his children, Howard, Jr. Spencer (Susan) of Londonderry, OH, Clyde Spencer (Kristy) of Londonderry, Lisa Hamilton (Brent) of Tarlton, OH, Carol Johnson of Chillicothe and Kay Spencer of Chillicothe; his brothers, Robert of Chillicothe and Paul Spencer of Chillicothe; and his niece Dreama Revoir (Mitch). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
