He was predeceased by: his parents, Ova L. Dillon and Bertha Kellough Dillon. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley M. Gustin; his children, Debra K. McClaskey (Gary), Tonya A. Robinson (Jim), Cindy L. Robison (Ken) and Timothy L. Dillon (Jackie); his sister Evelyn Dean of Springfield; his brother-in-law Tom Gustin (Jeannie) of Chillicothe; and his close friend Jojo. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
