“Dear martha - i was so sad to hear of howard's passing, though i was impressed he attained the age of 93. Howard was a dear friend and colleague in ministry during his many years as pastor of church of the good shepherd, albuquerque, new mexico. He left a fine legacy of faithful leadership to that church, and guided them through the re-location to a new site for the congregation and construction of a full service united church of christ. Well done, faithful servant! -rev francis rath”
