He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Wilson Sr. and Vivian Margaret McGraw Brown. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Blaney; his children, Keith Brown of Chillicothe, Kelly Collins (Brian) of Chillicothe and Katie George (Lee) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Aiden, Noah, Braxton, Carsyn and Waylen; and his siblings, Judy Stewart of Chillicothe, Jane Hayes of Chillicothe, Robert Brown (Karen) of Washington, IN and George Brown of Chillicothe.
