She is survived by: her son John A. Polen (Audrey) of Chillicothe; and her grandchildren, Steve Harper (Laurie), Angee Acquista and Victor Polen (Rebecca). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
