She was predeceased by: her parents, Benton, Jr. Wiseman and Louise Wiseman (McDaniel); her husband Donald R. Deiber; her daughter Donna Bland; and her brothers, Carl, Donald, Paul and Bill Wiseman.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Richards, Sr. (Scott Sr.) of Chillicothe; her son-in-law Greg Bland of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Ryan Bland (Margaret) of Cincinnati, Scott Richards, Jr. of Chillicothe and Whitney Bland of Chillicothe; her great grandchild Mariah Richards; her brother Dale Wiseman; and her sisters-in-law, Karen of Waverly and Shelby Wiseman of Waverly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
