He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Alexander and Opal Ater Alexander; his children, Rhonda Shobelock and Russell Alexander; and his brothers, Earl, Carl and Tom Alexander.
He is survived by: his children, Robin McVey (Adam Uhrig) and Rich Alexander (Missy) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Levi, Cheyenne, Beth, Zack, Lexi, Tommy, Torie, Morgan, Baylee, Hanna and Shanny; and his sisters, Linda Davis, Dee Dee Shull of Chillicothe and Ethel Carroll (Ratana Thompson) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
