She was predeceased by: her mother Patty Eblin. She is survived by: her daughter Nichole "Nikki" Schreck of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Jaden, Hannah, Madison and Harper; her sisters, Penelope "Penny" Fisher and Cathy Ginther; and her nieces and nephews, Jason, Cody, Ryan, Beth and Dana.
