She was predeceased by: her father William Epling; her husband George Everett Adkins; and her siblings, Paul Epling, Elsie Adkins and Gladys Dale.
She is survived by: her son John Adkins of Chillicothe; her granddaughters, Breanne Gallagher (Marco) of Santa Cruz, CA and Brooke Adkins of Plant City, FL; and her siblings, John Epling of Gettysburg, PA, Eve Keating of Sanford, FL and Ruth Howell of Marion, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
