She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Mitchell and Minerva Mitchell (Mounts); and her husband George W. Tanner. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Nowlin (John) of Chillicothe, Deborah Bradley (Jon) of Huntington, WV, George W. Tanner, Jr. of Moscow, ID and John M. Tanner (Brenda) of Proctorville, OH; her grandchildren, Amy McBride (Gator), Jill Nowlin (Calvin), Erin Bradley (Jake), Charlie McBride, Jared Bradley (Gabby), Sienna Tanner, Emma Tanner, Dylan Tanner, Savannah Tanner, Kristin Healy and Carrie Tanner; her great grandchildren, Adam Ruiz (Javi), Aaron Elliott (Baylee), Austin Elliott (Kylie), Serena Nowlin-Murphy, Tanner Healy and Kinsey Healy; and her great great grandchildren, Holden, Niyah, Adrian and Emmorie Elliott.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
