He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard M. Wheeler and Patricia Sheets Wheeler; his siblings, Vicki Allison and Bill Wheeler; and his great grandchild Daxton Graves.
He is survived by: his wife Debora K. Graham; his children, Gary William Wheeler (Leigh-Ann) of Frankfort, Misty Lynnette Wheeler (Danny) of Mt. Sterling and Tami Ranae Reisinger (Preston) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Rachel Graves, Kirk Elder, Garrett Curtis, Kayleigh Wheeler, Blake Yoe, Caydence, Jaxon Reisinger, Brandon, Sean, Ian and Dalton Wheeler; his great grandchildren, Kayson and Hadlee Graves; his siblings, Kim Chapman of Frankfort, Richard Wheeler (Cathy) of Frankfort and Doug Wheeler of Frankfort; and his nephew Clint Ison (Tom Smith) of Frankfort.
