He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer "Bill" and Ora Belle Walker Cunningham; his wife Bonnie Jean Hudson; and his siblings, Darrell Cunningham (Jean), Paul Cunningham, Clarabelle Caplinger (Edwin) and Janet Collins (Paul).
He is survived by: his daughter Melinda J. Garrison (Dennis Russell) of Chillicothe; his grandson Seth Garrison; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Rinehart of Chillicothe, Pamela Bowers of Chillicothe and Roberta Cunningham of Florida.
