He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Mowrey (Murray); his daughter Ciara Mowrey (Miles Lester) of Dayton, Ohio.; and his sisters, Barbara Conley, Marie Mowrey and Nina Graves. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
