Skaggs Watkins; his children, Heather Houser (Billy Alexander) of Chillicothe, Marcie Nash (Jamie) of Chillicothe, Krista Shiltz (Terry Wilt) of Chillicothe, Amber Fitzgerald (Zachary) of Chillicothe and Brian Watkins (Amber Bowman) of Chillicothe; his stepchildren, Cassie of Chillicothe and Shawn Finneran of Chillicothe; his grandsons, Hunter and Jeffrey; and his siblings, Gary, Thad Watkins, Alice Gray (Lloyd), Karen Imler, Dorothy Morehouse (Sonny) and Marsha Booth (Ronnie). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
