He is survived by: his children, Mark Gillum (Connie) of Chillicothe, Karrie Gillum of Chillicothe, Kevin Gillum (Cindy), Kyle Gillum (Monica), Richmond Dale and Kyla Willoughby (Blake Spencer) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Kaleigh Taylor (Zane), Michael Gillum, Hayley Case (Daniel), Jessy Gillum, Kaleb Gillum, Cody Frederick, Kane Gillum, Deion Culberson, Lexzi Perry (Bryton), Izabelle Sterling, Gabby Gillum, Logan Gillum and Bentley Spencer; his former wife Liz Gillum; his close friend Tony Keller; and his siblings, Jim Gillum of Kentucky, Delbert Gillum (Patti) of Kentucky, Bob Gillum of Chillicothe, Charlie Gillum (Kay) of Chillicothe, Gary Gillum (Debbie) of Chillicothe, Sam Gillum (Sandy) of Chillicothe, Emory Gillum (Diane) of Chillicothe, Gene Gillum of Chillicothe, Reeda Wolfe of Chillicothe, Grover Gillum of Jackson, OH and Molly Hamilton (Ralph) of Leesburg. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Scott Blake wrote a sympathy message

“I am so sorry for your loss of Floyd. He was a very good man and I sure enjoyed talking to him. He did work for me and my neighbors over the years and he always took the time to come over and visit whenever he was close by. I will certainly miss him. May the good Lord bless you in your time of sorrow. Scott and Patricia Blake.”
