She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Voelker and Frederick Voelker; her husband Carl Givens; her siblings, Betty McKinniss (John) and John Voelker; and her nephew David McKinniss (Carol).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lauren Huizenga (Jordan), Anthony Cook (Jenn), Jason Lovely (Heather), Marisa Marriott (Josh), Brennan Lovely (Bethany) and Sawyer Lovely (Savannah Bonner); her great grandchildren, Davis Lovely, Charlotte Huizenga, Jackson Cook, Avery Cook, Logan Lovely and Ava Lovely; and her nephew George McKinniss.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution scan be made to the Adena Hospice Foundation or to St. Jude's Hospital in her honor.
