He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wesley and Thelma Laverne Yerian Perry; his wife Carol Ann Grimm Perry; the mother of his children Leona Rose Kellis Perry; his siblings, Orville Radcliff, Doris Williams, Charles Perry, James Perry and David Perry; and his stepdaughters, Cathy Lambert and Brenda Porterfield.
He is survived by: his children, Ernest L. Perry (Kirsten), Rose L. Glispie, Douglas W. Perry (Allen) and Kevin W. Perry; his stepchildren, Lisa Houze (Rob), Nancy McClure and Allen Porterfield (Rebecca); and his siblings, Lois West, Franklin Perry (Rita), Nina Nash and Barbara Wiget (Roger). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren.
