He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Tong; his brother Tylor Tong; and his grandparents, Shirley Tong, Annie and John Slagle.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Slagle Mustard (Mike Whitten) of Chillicothe; his daughter Abby Fletcher; his stepmother Tina Tong of Peebles; his sisters, Sandra Harwell of Chillicothe, Mary Tong of Peebles and Shelby Tong of Peebles; his grandfather Donald Tong of Latham; and his niece Tessa Harwell of Chillicothe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home.
