He was predeceased by: his parents, Liberato Picciano and Lucia Picciano; his wife Mary Ann Dye; and his siblings, Nick Picciano, Lorenza Albanese, Mary Biondolillo and Antoinette Mucciarone.
He is survived by: his children, Lucinda Hutman (Jeffrey) of Schaumburg, IL, Dean Picciano (Suzie) of Lindenhurst, NY, Anita Surran (Michael) of Chillicothe and Victor Picciano (Susan) of Chillicothe; and his sister Filomena Spronz (Lou) of Wickliffe, OH. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Peter Church, 285 W. Water St., Chillicothe or the Ross County Historical Society, 45 W. Fifth St., Chillicothe.
