She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Blevins and Elsie Lester Blevins; her daughter Darlene "Susie" Cash; and her siblings, Silas, Lowell, Talmadge, Amos, Delmer Blevins, Ivalene Sparks and Katie Scott.
She is survived by: her siblings, Maxine Horsley of Cincinnati and Delbert Blevins of Marysville; and her nephew Kevin Blevins (Lisa) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by three grandsons.
