She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoy L. Phillips and Elsie J. Kirkendall Phillips; her husbands, Joe Fain, Raymond Barber and James Henry; and her siblings, Robert, Carl Phillips and Bernadine Frazee.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Derringer (William), Michael Fain, Jerry Fain (Linda) and Nancy Brock (David); her stepchildren, Michael Henry, Patricia Casteel, Vancil Henry (Linda), Brenda Smith (Shawn) and Peggy Riggin (Daniel); and her grandchildren, Theresa Newell (Wayne), Eric Derringer (Amy), Christopher Brock (Hilary), Nicholas Brock (Jessica), Kent Barthelmes, Kyle Barthelmes, Tonya Campbell (David) and Michael Jason Fain. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
