He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Flugge and Hazel Flugge (Rawlins); his siblings, Elden, Marjorie Flugge, Eleanor Timmons and Kathleen Smith; and his granddaughter Angel Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Anne (Noe); his children, Robin Hurtt (Marion), Sharon Parsons (Jim), Ellen Fogle (Steve) and David Flugge (Buffie); his grandchildren, Jill Allen, Allan Hurtt (Millie), Hayley Hurtt, Brittany Parsons, Elise King (Brad), John Fogle, Eric Fogle, Lillian Flugge and Calvin Flugge; his great grandchildren, Quinton Allen and Gwendolyn Hurtt; his brother Tad Flugge (Nadine); his sisters-in-law, Linda Hottle and Phyllis Perdue; his friend Diana Spetnagel; and his pet Greta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
