He is survived by: his wife Jayne Netherton; his daughters, Heather Longcoy (Dan) of Chillicothe and Holly Worst (Travis) of Perrysburg, OH; his grandchildren, Hayden, Jacey, Madison and Jared; and his siblings, Terri Crowe (David) and Charles A. Howard (Ronda).
