She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry C. Stubbs and Gladys M. Bost Stubbs; her daughter Lenetta Richter; and her siblings, Floyd, Lloyd, Joseph, Chester Stubbs, Mary Haddox, Cora Doyle, Katherine Cunningham, Norma Jean Trisel and Esther Osthoff.
She is survived by: her children, Melonie Oiler of Chillicothe, Mike Richter (Barbara) of Pensacola, FL and Jeff Richter of Waverly; her grandchildren, Megan Buxie (Danny), Tricia Hall (Cory), Sean Lucas (Katelyn), Sarah Richter, Jeff Richter, Katy Brisker (Nathan) and Sabrina Richter; her great grandchildren, Keegan, Aarolin, Kinley, Reagan and Elizabeth; and her brothers, William Stubbs and Frank Stubbs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
