He is survived by: his brother Larry Westin; his wife Kaye Westin (Harriger); his daughters, Julie Beatty (Westin) and Joan Pinchot (Westin); and his grandchildren, James Beatty, Christopher Beatty, Olivia Beatty and Savannah Pinchot.
