He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Sprouse and Helen Sprouse (Niel); his children, Vickie Ramsey, Donald Sprouse Jr. and Timmothy Sprouse; his granddaughter Destany Sprouse; and his siblings, John Sprouse, Everett Sprouse, Bud Sprouse and Nancy Staley.
He is survived by: his children, Orrin Sprouse (Becky) of Chillicothe, Rob Sprouse (Jackie) of Chillicothe, Christal Butterbaugh (Mike) of Chillicothe and Scottie Kuhn of Chillicothe; his son-in-law Scott Ramsey of Ray; and his sisters, Helen Chamberlin (Jim) of Chillicothe, Carol Shoemaker (Bill) of Chillicothe and Becky Mitchel (Skip Trieb) of Kimbolton, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
