He was predeceased by: his wife Fay I. Raine of Penns Grove, NJ; his father Randall L; and his sister Ruth Shade. He is survived by: his children, Dona Langdon (Robert), Kathi Taylor (Kevin), Randall Rossman (Debra) and Ruth Clark (Emory). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
