He was predeceased by: his father Acie Neal; and his grandmother Vernia Wroten. He is survived by: his mother Elsie Neal (Cooper); his daughter Ashley Neal of Portsmouth; and his siblings, Acie Neal, III (Lisa) of Chillicothe, Samantha Neal of Portsmouth, Frances Neal of Portsmouth and Amber Neal of Portsmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
