He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bob, O. Gene, Steele and Louise Dreitzler; and his parents, Sidney Stein and Margaret Stein.
He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Stein; his sons, Ben and Jed; his siblings, Greta Miller, Beth Park (Fred), Marsha Hammond (Dave), Mike, Steve and Mark; and his siblings-in-law, Tim, Marge Stein, Margaret Stein (Peggy) and Sarah Stein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
