He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Joseph Hagerty and Bessie E. Molihan Hagerty; and his sons, Richard "Dick" Hagerty, Jr. and Thomas "Tom" Hagerty. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jolley Hagerty; his children, Ron Hagerty (Judy) of Frankfort, Marilyn Hagerty of Chillicothe and Steve Hagerty of Chillicothe; his sisters, Dorothy Booth, Margie Taborn and Carolyn Dye; and his great grandchild Cadance. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
