She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren R. Cottrill and Louann "Maw" Sims Cottrill; her husband Robert M. "Bob" Eblin; and her siblings, Mary K. McQuirt and Stephen D. Cottrill.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Smith (Shawna Detillion) of Chillicothe and Shannon Smith (Brian Smith) of Noblesville, IN; her grandchildren, Brian T. Smith (Brianna), Justice Detillion, Caleb Smith and Carson Smith; her great grandchildren, Brian C. Smith and Brinleigh Smith; her brothers, Richard Sims (Sharon) of Chillicothe and John Cottrill (Betsy) of Chillicothe; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Eblin (Kat Conrad) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
