He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Reinhard and Alice Reinhard (Bell); and his wife Sandra Reinhard (McCafferty). He is survived by: his son Jason Reinhard (Karlena) of Circleville; his stepson Chad Clingenpeel of Florida; his siblings, Carla Goodwill (John) and Mark Reinhard (Carol) of Chillicothe; his nephews, Matthew (Lauren) and Shawn Goodwill (Ashley Houghland); his great-niece Avery; and his great-nephews, Matthew and Asher.
