She was predeceased by: her father Bernie Faulkner, Sr.; and her brother Jerry Faulkner. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Smith; her daughters, Danielle Myrick and Nicole Benton (Michael); her stepchildren, Vicky Williams, Mary Armstrong, Patrick Smith and Sarah Smith; her grandchildren, Tristan (Azyia), Dylan (Lana), Kaytelynn (Chris) and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Weston and Addalyn; and her siblings, Terry Faulkner, Bryan Faulkner, Bernie, Jr., Vicki McClaskey (John), Nancy Husted (Richard) and Tammy Owens. She is also survived by her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
