He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Koch and Dorothy Koch (Critchfield); his sons, Adam C. Koch and Jacob D. Koch; and his brother-in-law Lynn Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Koch (Deem); his sons, Aaron (Mindy), Josh and Ben Koch; his grandson Kaiden Koch; his brother Brad Koch (Susan); and his siblings-in-law, Carole Miller, Mike Deem (Debbie) and Sam Deem. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
