He is survived by: his parents, William Leroy and Adren Jacqueline Hettinger Yates; his daughters, Teresa Yates of Chillicothe and Bobbi Yates of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Liam and Liberty; and his siblings, Robert Yates of Mesquite, TX and Kathy Jo Chancey of Circleville. He is also survived by niece; 4 nephews; 2 uncles; and many cousins.
