We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2025, at the age of 89, Darold J. Grubb of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Grubb and Elsie Shanks Grubb; and his grandson Jeremy Grubb. He is survived by: his children, Andy Grubb (Sherryl) of Chillicothe, Becky Stonerock (Brent) of Chillicothe and Randy "Bo" Grubb (Teresa) of Glen Allen, VA; his grandchildren, Brandon Grubb (Tracy), Lindsey Mahaffey (Ross), Travis Grubb (Sarah), Jason Stonerock of Christopher Stonerock, P. J and Nicholas Stonerock; his granddaughter-in-law Tonja Grubb; his brother Richard Grubb (Phyllis) of St. Augustine, FL; and his close friend Patricia Shoemaker. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
