Allen of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Vinton, Ohio, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Rick Allen of Circleville, Mickey Allen (Addy) of Lancaster and Leila Reed of Chillicothe; and her siblings, Frances Downing of Clarksburg and Charles Puckett (Carol) of Londonderry. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a great great grandson.
