He is survived by: his spouse R. Maxine Skaggs; his daughters, Lisa Cassel (Michael) of Chillicothe, Julie Conrad (Christopher) of Chillicothe and Ruby Elizabeth "Missy" Betros of Satsuma, AL; his grandchildren, Jeff Conrad (Renee), Brian Conrad (Ashley), Sarah Huffman, Emily Woods (Westley), Alex, Chloe and Jacob Betros; and his siblings, Stanley Belcher, Jr. (Pat) of Southgate, MI, Jim Belcher (Helen) of Delaware, OH and Goldie Patrick (Richard Rothe) of Groveport, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
