She was predeceased by: her parents, Wardie Ragland and Kathryn Ragland (Beatty); her husband Heber Cosby; her sons, Neil Jones and Sam Jones; and her siblings, Gladys Logan, Franklin Ragland, Hilda Jackson, Darlene Ragland and Arlene Garnes.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Ragland; her grandson Devin Valentine; her great grandchildren, Devin Valentine Jr. and Ani'ya Valentine; and her siblings, Charlotte Wilson of Springfield and Wardie Edward Ragland Jr. of Chillicothe. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
