He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Frazier and Goldie Potter Frazier; and his siblings, Pauline Frazier Wheeler and Joe Frazier. He is survived by: his sisters, Emma Salley of Hendersonville, TN and Frances Cyrus of Dayton Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
