He was predeceased by: his father Clayton G. Holden. He is survived by: his spouse Janita Grace Cottrell; his mother-in-law Jamie (Bernita Cottrell); his brothers-in-law, James Richard Angus of Greenfield, Shawn Cottrell of Buckeye Lake, Nathan Cottrell of Circleville and Brock Williamson of Eugene, OR; and his pets, Baxter, Molly and Hazel.
