He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. DeLozier II and Wanda Helfrich (Wood); his siblings, Elaine Gleason, Margaret Duncan, Irene Foster and Ronald DeLozier; his stepsiblings, Mickey Weaver and John "Jackie" Helfrich; and his stepfather John Helfrich.
He is survived by: his son Clarence A. DeLozier, IV; his siblings-in-law, Gary Gleason and Pam DeLozier; and his stepsister Cheri Holcomb. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many cousins and friends.
